Arriving 10 minutes in advance is enough. Please make sure to respect your assigned time slot in order to keep your priority access.

The general admission ticket (including an audioguide), which includes access to the immersive exhibition Hyperview Barcelona and the Observation Deck on the 30th floor, lasts approximately 50 minutes.
The general admission + immersive sculpture ticket, which includes all of the above as well as access inside the immersive sculpture Cloud Cities Barcelona, lasts approximately 80 minutes.
Yes, in the ticket office area we have lockers available for storing items with maximum dimensions of 55 x 35 x 20 cm. We also have space available for baby strollers.
