The corporate video, “Mirador torre Glòries, see like never before”, has won the Tourism Service subcategory at the US International Awards (CIFFT) 2023, held in Los Angeles, California. Mirador torre Glòries has won the promotional video subcategory from a selection of projects from across the world.
The fourth award for “Mirador torre Glòries, see like never before”
This Silver Award is the fourth prize that our promotional video has received since it was released in May 2022. The video was produced by director Steve Green and created by Barcelona advertising agency, Tractor. This external team was involved from the very first moment in the visual story of Mirador torre Glòries and managed to perfectly capture the experience in this audiovisual production.
The video is a journey of discovery to show us the Barcelona we don’t know. The protagonist is a girl and through her senses, accompanied by a voice-over, she makes us realize that there is an unknown reality that defines the city. The starting point of the journey is presented through images that evoke different sensory facets of Barcelona. Little by little, Mirador torre Glòries is introduced among these images to end up playing a leading role.
The CIFFT circuit, the most prestigious awards in the video marketing industry for the tourism sector
The US International Awards is a festival that is part of CIFFT, the International Committee of Tourism Film Festivals. Since 1989, this circuit of awards and initiatives has sought to give a voice to the most pioneering tourism advertisements, promotional videos and social media pieces of the moment. It aims to contribute to creativity and innovation in the sector through recognition and promotion. This festival has the support of pioneering institutions worldwide, such as the UNWTO, ETC, CATA and CTO, as well as the collaboration of TSTT.
