Lost Property
We hold on to all lost property for a month. After this time, it is donated to charity.

There are accessible toilets for people with reduced mobility on every floor.
Baby Changing Facilities
There are baby changing tables in all the toilets.
Pushchair Parking
You can leave your baby or child’s pushchair in the locker area.

Large lifts are available.
Accessibility
Visitors with reduced mobility can easily access the entire venue (except for the Cloud Cities Barcelona experience).
Wheelchairs
We have a wheelchair available at no additional cost.

Our staff have been trained in first aid and how to use the defibrillator.

Visitors will find hand sanitiser stations at the entrance and in different locations during the visit.
