1. USER INFORMATION

Who is responsible for processing your data?

THE EXHIBITIONS COMPANY, S. A. U., the MANAGER, is responsible for handling all the personal data of the USER and for informing them that this data will be treated in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April (RGPD), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

How will we use your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the USER. The planned data processing operations include:

  • To complete the ticket purchasing process.
  • To send commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that make it possible to carry out commercial communications. These communications will be made by the MANAGER and will be related to its services, or those of its collaborators and suppliers, with which it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
  • To conduct market research and statistical analysis.
  • To process requests, respond to queries or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact forms that are made available on the website of the MANAGER.
  • To send the newsletter about latest developments, offers and promotions from the MANAGER.

Why are we able to use your personal data?

The processing of your data is legitimised by article 6 of the RGPD in the following way:

  • By contractual relationship: the purchase of tickets by the USER.
  • By USER consent: to receive commercial communications and the newsletter.
  • By the legitimate interest of the MANAGER: to carry out market studies, statistical analyses and to process orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept for no longer than the time necessary to fulfil the purpose of the data processing or for the period required by the regulations that decide their custody; and, when it is no longer necessary to do so, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to guarantee the anonymisation of the data or their total destruction.

With whom do we share your personal data?

No communication of personal data to third parties is planned except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of data processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the MANAGER has signed confidentiality and data management contracts as required by current data privacy regulations; or if there is a legal obligation to disclose said data.

What are your rights?

The USER’s rights are:

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right to access, rectify, transfer and delete their data and to limit and oppose its handling.
  • Right to file a claim with the control authority (www.aepd.es) if the USER considers that the data processing does not comply with existing regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL CHARACTER OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By marking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, the USER expressly accepts, freely and unequivocally, that their data is necessary to process their request. The MANAGER will indicate which data is necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. If said data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be entirely adapted to the USER’s needs.

The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the MANAGER is correct and is responsible for communicating any modifications to said data.

3. SAFETY MEASURES

In accordance with the provisions of existing regulations on the protection of personal data, the MANAGER declares that it complies with all the provisions of the RGPD and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the RGPD, by which said data is processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and is adequate, relevant and limited to the purpose for which it is collected for processing.

The MANAGER guarantees that it has implemented suitable technical and organisational policies for applying the security measures established by the RGPD and the LOPDGDD, in order to protect the USER’s rights and freedoms and that it has communicated the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
